Why We Started RPO
We created RPO after seeing a gap in the coaching landscape—many coaches across the U.S. lacked formal training, structured education, or access to quality curriculum. As the sport grew, so did the need for better coaching. Our goal is to raise the standard. We believe that the better the coach, the better the player, and the more positive the overall experience. RPO exists to give coaches the tools they need to teach effectively, grow the game with intention, and build lasting careers in pickleball.

RPO is led by World No. 1 Doubles player Colin Johns and a dedicated team of coaching experts who share a vision for building a better coaching foundation in pickleball. Our methods are built on proven systems, real-world experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. As the game evolves, so do we-ensuring coaches are always supported, informed, and equipped to grow.
